When Pancho met Emily

A long time ago, in the 1970s Pancho, my father and Emily, my mother didn't know each other but both lived in Colorado City, TX. Pancho worked for a rancher, Joe Maddox and Emily was a waitress at Western Cafe.
My parents finally met in 1980 and Pancho says his life changed forever. I've asked him how he knew Emily was the one and he says he knew by her voice. He says when he saw her he knew he was going to marry her. Unfourtanetly it took Emily a little more convincing. She says he was just a skinny kid and talked to much and too loud.
The restaurant where my parents met 30 years ago is still running in Colorado City, TX it is now known as the Torrito (I think).
